We ship worldwide from London, dispatching most orders within 1–3 working days. Orders placed with our express option are prioritised and handled first.
UK: 1–3 working days
USA & Europe: up to 5 working days
Rest of the world: up to 7 working days
Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer. All orders are fully tracked and some require a signature upon receipt. We offer both standard and express courier options — you can select your preference at checkout.
We ship to both the EU and USA with all taxes, customs duties and import tariffs already included in the price. What you see at checkout is your final price — no surprises at the door.
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the USA tariff cost cannot be recovered and will be deducted from your refund.

Our 30-Day Return Policy
If you return your order within 28 days of delivery, and the item is unworn with its original packaging and hangtag intact, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. If your order included a free gift, it must also be returned.
To start a return, contact us at contact@harbourukbracelets.com with your order number before sending anything back.
How Refunds Work
Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving your return. Your original payment method will be credited for the item cost, minus delivery charges. Please allow 4–7 working days for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.
International Returns
If returning from outside the UK, we'll provide instructions on how to correctly declare your parcel for customs. Any charges resulting from an incorrect declaration will be deducted from the refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Custom & Personalised Orders
We do not accept returns or cancellations on custom or personalised bracelets — including initial bracelets — as these are made to your specifications and cannot be resold.
Purchased from a marketplace?
If you bought your bracelet through a marketplace, please contact that platform directly to process your return, as each marketplace has its own returns policy.
