Returns and exchanges

We want you to love your Harbour UK bracelet. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Our 28-Day Return Policy

If you return your order within 28 days of delivery, and the item is unworn with its original packaging, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

If your order included a free gift, it must also be returned.

To start a return, contact us at contact@harbourukbracelets.com with your order number before sending anything back.

Did you not receive a reply from us? We respond straight away — please check your spam folder just in case.

How Refunds Work

Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving your return. Your original payment method will be credited for the item cost, minus delivery charges. Please allow 4–7 working days for your bank or card provider to process the payment.

Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.

International Returns

If returning from outside the UK, we'll provide instructions on how to correctly declare your parcel for customs. Any charges resulting from an incorrect declaration will be deducted from the refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Custom & Personalised Orders

We do not accept returns or cancellations on custom or personalised bracelets — including initial bracelets — as these are made to your specifications and cannot be resold.

Purchased from a marketplace?

If you bought your bracelet through a marketplace, please contact that platform directly to process your return, as each marketplace has its own returns policy.
