We want you to love your Harbour UK bracelet. If something isn't quite right, we'll do everything we can to make it right.

Our 28-Day Return Policy

If you'd like to return your order, you have 28 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.

If your order included a free gift, please return it along with your bracelet.

Prefer an exchange? Just let us know your preferred size or style and we'll take care of it.

How to Start a Return

Fill in the return request form below and we'll get back to you within 1 business day with next steps. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us.

How Refunds Work

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 days. Your original payment method will be credited for the item cost, excluding delivery charges. Please allow a further 4–7 working days for your bank or card provider to complete the transfer.

Please note refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

International Returns

Returning from outside the UK? No problem — we'll guide you through how to correctly declare your parcel for customs to avoid any delays or additional charges. Any costs resulting from an incorrect customs declaration will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless we made an error with your order.

Custom & Personalised Orders

We're unable to accept returns or cancellations on custom or personalised bracelets, including initial bracelets, as these are made specifically to your specifications. We hope you understand.

Bought Through a Marketplace?

If you purchased your bracelet through Etsy or another marketplace, please contact that platform directly to process your return, as each marketplace operates its own returns policy.
